Next month we will be getting the music of our participating villages recorded by a professional sound recordist from Brisbane. By June we hope to have our first FijiBure.Com CD.

We now have
Iso, the son of our host at Namatakula, has shown a deft hand at line fishing and has already gained a following in the fishing community. His rates are just a fraction of those levied by fishing operators. Judith's famous food servings and feasts have seen up to 12 travellers sitting around the dining room mats.

There are now professionally made FijiBure.Com signs located on the Queens Highway at Namatakula and Navutulevu and at the check in to Tavuni Hill Fort. The FijiBure.Com website is now drawing over 100 visitors and an average of five enquiries a day. Not bad for a website just six months old - but we have a long way to go. We are hoping that the project might get some valuable media publicity soon.
